This was one of the coolest expo experiences I have ever had. I got to meet Jeff Galloway and shake his hand. I was introduced to Mix1, which is a pretty yummy lo-cal energy drink, and the Mommoth and I got to walk around and be shop-a-holics. I bought some hot looking compression socks and the Grand-Mommoth got your favorite Mammoth and Mommoth some really cool head bands. Below are some pics from the Expo.
