Survey at the Bottom
I have a survey at the bottom of the blog. Should I continue the Juice Fast?
I think it is worthwhile to hang on for a bit longer, ultimately it depends on how you feel. It takes some time for your body to adjust and to allow the toxins to go when on a "diet" such as this. Juicing is a great way to detox, evaluate what you consume when not on a juice diet, and to reset your body. Perhaps now you can keep juicing for part of your daily intake instead of dropping it all together...
I did the juice thing for a while and I actually felt better (After the first few days getting used to it) while juicing. THe only problem I had with it is I took a lot of prep time. The juices we (NaJuana and I) would make would only last for 24hrs then they would go bad. So every morning I would have to get up early and make juice for the day. And boy do you go through the fruits and veggies... Very tIme consuming... During this time we also cut out caffeine... Talk about headaches... But after the first week, we got used to it and everything was great...
Why not?
